To report things that the city is responsible for like a pothole, requesting a new traffic light, or crosswalk, please contact 311 first. 311 will connect your request directly to the relevant city department most capable to address it.

Once you have sent a request through 311, you can let us know. Include your SR (Service Request) number whenever possible.
